John, Thanks for this because it reminded me to listen to a “live” duo album by Jim Hall & Red Mitchell that one of my all-time faves. I actually wore out my original vinyl copy. That, in turn, reminded me to listen to Charlie Haden & Pat Metheny’s “Beneath the Missouri Sky”. Guitar & bass – is there a better rabbit hole down which to disappear?
PS – I wholeheartedly endorse your suggestion that the Democrats hang their hat on gun safety/control/sanity in the upcoming elections and nothing else.
