We in Illinois are very nervous that JB will run for higher office and leave Illinois with someone new who might not be able to operate and advocate for the state as effectively as he has. Illinois is proving itself to be a refuge of sorts for those in neighboring states who now find themselves as targets. Once you leave Chicagoland or the college towns, things get pretty red here and it’s taken someone with his fortitude to keep the state on a good path (despite our economic worst).
JB looks trimmer than he did at the convention last summer, and this speech is given in NH. He’s definitely running. I agree with him and wish him all the luck in the world on the run.
Right on! I am going to the protest ralles at Boston Common.
Good to be here and sprak out. Fay
